DERBY DENTAL brand arises from the French tradition as from 1927 and it’s a leader in the production of dental and laboratory instruments.
Today, after having fully renewed its establishments, Derby Dental has become part of one of the main European manufacturing groups in this sector, Asa Group.
Even maintaining its individuality, Derby Dental joints its know-how and experience to the group for and ever-growing customer’s satisfaction.
The over 1000 Derby Dental brand label instruments, stem from an accurate selection of the raw materials employed, from sophisticated manufacturing technologies and from advanced information systems.

All this integrated by a constant research dedicated to perfecting and innovating the various products in order to satisfy the increasingly complex and changing requirements of dentistry.
Derby Dental brand guarantee the accordance of the products with recognized international standards by adopting all the procedures, testing and process control methods and parameters according to UNI EN ISO 9001 norms.
In its establishments located in Akhouda (Tunisia), fully renewed in 2001, after the acquisition of Derby Dental brand name by Asa Group, all the production processes have been duly checked: milling, hardening, brightening and assembling.
This enabled the group to reach a full control on the final product.

The use of the best steels, coming from the most qualified French steel mills are a guarantee of the constant and traditional quality. Thanks to the wide range of the instruments produced as well as their quality, Derby Dental has been a leading company in the dental field for more than 80 years.

All instruments bear the CE marking, according to the corresponding Directive.
